What types of services do you offer?
We provide a range of supports, including personal care, community access, respite and more, depending on your goals and funding.
How do you ensure your staff are qualified?
All of our support workers go through background checks, disability-specific training, and ongoing development. For more complex needs, we assign specially trained staff i.e. nurses and physiotherapists
How flexible are your support hours?
Depending on staff availability, we offer flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. We’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits your life.
Do you work with NDIS funding?
Yes - we work with self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed participants. We’re familiar with NDIS requirements and can help you understand how your plan can be used.
What happens if my usual support worker is unavailable?
We always try to maintain consistency, but we'll try offer a replacement if someone is sick or unavailable. Based on your comfort, you can choose whether to accept a new worker or reschedule.
